It maintains a WoW addon called the Wowhead Looter , which collects data as you play the game! It uploads the collected data to Wowhead in order to keep the database up-to-date! Try to ideally cast it while Unholy Strength is active. Breath of Sindragosa talent : You always want to have at least 60 Runic Power before using it and 0 or 1 rune since you gain 2 Runes at the start of Breath of Sindragosa.
If you are taking magical damage during its duration, you can use your Anti-Magic Shell as an offensive cooldown to gain some Runic Power. Do not use your Rime proc if you are about to lose your Breath of Sindragosa and if you have Runes available.
If you have more than 75 Runic Power, just wait to avoid overcapping your Runic Power. Do not use Frost Strike while your Breath of Sindragosa is active. Abomination Limb Necrolords : Use it on cooldown or delay it a bit if some adds are spawning. Always use it with Breath of Sindragosa if you are using the Emeni Soulbind to gain Strength during it.
If you are playing with Obliteration , use it after generating the first Killing Machine proc while Pillar of Frost is active to maximize the number of Killing Machine procs used while Death's Due is active.
Try to keep some Runes at the start of Shackle the Unworthy if you want to spread it quickly in AoE situations. Swarming Mist Ventyr : Use it on cooldown. Its a unique an iconic ability, but it was a design mistake for the spec. It limites everything else in the talent tree design and base abilities because of its existence in the same way that surrender to madness did when it was first introduced.
It frees up global cooldowns, it does high single target and cleave damage, and generates resources. Its not going anywhere though because there are plenty of players who enjoy it and has caused enough changes in the specs design that they are committed. This is why I feel the spec needs clarification on what our button mashing leads to. I think my issue is I want frost to have a big moment outside of Cold Heart crits or Breath of Sindragosa and I feel with their band-aids to frost it is Rime that seems to be the biggest damage button.
